倍加福P+F編碼器選型應注意的三方面的參(can)數:

1、機械安裝(zhuang)尺寸(cun):包括定位止口,軸徑,安裝(zhuang)孔位;電纜出線方式;安裝(zhuang)空(kong)間體積;工作環境防護等級是否滿足要求。

2、分辨(bian)率:即編碼器工作時每圈(quan)輸出的脈沖(chong)數,是否滿足設計使用(yong)精(jing)度要求。

3、電(dian)氣(qi)接口(kou):編碼器(qi)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)方式常見有(you)推(tui)拉輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(F型HTL格式),電(dian)壓(ya)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(E),集電(dian)極開路(C,常見C為(wei)NPN型管輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu),C2為(wei)PNP型管輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)),長線驅動器(qi)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)。其輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)方式應和其控制系統(tong)的接口(kou)電(dian)路相匹配。

倍加(jia)福P+F編(bian)碼(ma)器光碼(ma)盤(pan)上有許多道光通道刻(ke)(ke)(ke)線(xian),每(mei)道刻(ke)(ke)(ke)線(xian)依次以2線(xian)、4線(xian)、8線(xian)、16線(xian)編(bian)排(pai),這(zhe)樣(yang),在(zai)編(bian)碼(ma)器的每(mei)一個位置,通過讀取每(mei)道刻(ke)(ke)(ke)線(xian)的通、暗,獲得(de)一組(zu)從2的零(ling)次方(fang)到(dao)2的n-1次方(fang)的2進制編(bian)碼(ma)(格雷碼(ma)),這(zhe)就(jiu)稱為n位編(bian)碼(ma)器。這(zhe)樣(yang)的編(bian)碼(ma)器是由(you)光電(dian)碼(ma)盤(pan)進行記憶的。

P+F倍加福值編(bian)碼(ma)器由機械位置確定編(bian)碼(ma),它無(wu)需(xu)記憶,無(wu)需(xu)找參考點,而且(qie)不用一(yi)直計數(shu),什么時候需(xu)要知道位置,什么時候就去讀取它的(de)位置。這(zhe)樣,編(bian)碼(ma)器的(de)抗干(gan)擾特性、數(shu)據的(de)可靠(kao)性大大提高了。

倍加福P+F編碼器正確接(jie)線方法介紹如下:

(1)正(zheng)確接(jie)線至關重要,如圖1 為NPN 輸(shu)出(chu)增量(liang)型(xing)E6B2-CWZ6C 的接(jie)線原理,圖2 為NPN 輸(shu)出(chu)增量(liang)型(xing)E6B2-CWZ6C 的實(shi)際接(jie)線,棕色(se)線接(jie)電源正(zheng)極(ji),藍色(se)線接(jie)電源負(fu)極(ji),黑色(se)線接(jie)輸(shu)入(ru)0.00,白色(se)線接(jie)輸(shu)入(ru)0.01,橙(cheng)色(se)線接(jie)輸(shu)入(ru)0.04,PLC 的COM 接(jie)電源正(zheng)極(ji)。
